“When I started working with Barrett, I was on the high end of normal weight. I was a very picky eater with a diet full of staples such as pizza, hot dogs, soda, and mac & cheese. My focus was on exercise, not nutrition, because I’d given up on changing my diet long ago. I didn’t even bother to take a “before” photo, because my goal was to increase fitness, not to lose weight.
