My fitness journey began seventy pounds ago during a particularly busy time in my life. With a hectic work schedule, I often resorted to poor food choices, which led to weight gain and a decline in my physical health. The first step I took was to improve my diet by making more deliberate food choices. Eating clean meant incorporating plenty of fresh foods, including fruits and vegetables.
In addition to improving my diet, I realized that adding exercise was essential for making a significant difference. This allowed me to lose more weight and become leaner and fitter. Over time, exercising became a habit that turned into a passion for me.
As I learned more about fitness, I decided to pursue a career as a personal trainer. It has been incredibly rewarding to share my passion and knowledge with clients, helping others take control of their health and get in better shape.

I’m Lucretia Santoro, a passionate personal trainer and licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. With 21 years of bodywork experience, I combine a holistic approach to fitness with therapeutic massage techniques to support your body in reaching its full potential.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I create customized fitness plans tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re aiming for weight loss, strength building, or general wellness. I believe in functional, sustainable fitness that enables you to move better and to feel stronger in your daily life.
I am also an Arizona trained Licensed Massage Therapist, offering a range of therapeutic services, from deep tissue to sports and relaxation massages. My massage techniques help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote faster recovery post workout.
